*Ginger spends a lot of time on the estate taking care of pineapple and coconut trees, so if she doesn’t respond right away please be patient. Sunday is Funday hope you’re having fun that day too. Ginger will respond within 24 hours.

Rates:  $115 – $250 per night based on villa size and number of guests 

In-Season (Dec. 15 – Apr. 15) – $1000 per week for double occupancy for smaller villas. Contessa and Leah’s Leap cost $1750 per week for up to four person occupancy. Extra guests can be accommodated for a fee of $40 per adult/$25 for children 12 and under per night for any of the villas.

Off-Season (Apr. 16 – Dec. 14) – $800 per week and $1400 per week (small/large villas).

Reservation Policies

• Additional sleeping arrangements can be provided depending on the villa’s layout. Rates can be prorated for more/less than a week depending on availability.
• Bed linens, blankets, bath towels, cooking and eating utensils are provided.
• Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels and flashlights.  Northside’s natural setting is far away from city lights so it is important that guests remember to bring flashlights to walk around the estate at night.
• We accept payments via PayPal or check.
